On this blog, you will find photos and comments about the Cumberland Park Project. This project is a coal combustion byproduct (CCB) structural fill to be located on 7.7 acres along the New River and adjacent to Highway 460 in southwestern Virginia, right outside the town of Narrows. Giles County Partnership for Excellence (GCPE) is owner of the land and they plan to sell later for commercial or industrial development.
